    There are other natural ways to whiten teeth such as chewing tree twigs. The fibre in the twigs help to clear stains.

    I heard that the acid in strawberries is bad for the tooth enamel? Apparently citrus is bad for the teeth. If you drink plenty of water, it shouldn’t be a problem. I just wouldn’t rub the fruit on the teeth.

    I've tried all of these tips but the whitening method that works best for me is a capful of hydrogen peroxide, capful of water, and a capful of mouth wash. I swish it around in my mouth every night for about 2 min. I instantly saw results and haven't stopped since.
